On the road of Olympia, in the heart of the Arcadian forest, the Agnantio traditional guest houses invite you to share moments of pleasure and relaxation in an environment of tranquility and to breathe the fresh mountain air at the highest point of the Lagadia village, at an altitude of 1,000 meters.

Built with stone from the local area, according to the local architectural style, this great mountain dwelling houses two suites and one studio, all very comfortable while offering at the same time an unobstructed view of the Touthoa gorge and the Lagadia village.

The owners, Dora and Takis, will welcome you with warmth and will inform you about all the activities and places to visit in the area that they perfectly know.

A landscaped garden in full bloom surrounds the house and some benches are available for you to admire the stunning views and deeply inhale the fresh mountain air.

In the same village, the owners also have the cafe “Aroma Café” and the “Platanos” lounge bar. 

The Aroma Café is located two hundred meters away from the guest houses and is open all day offering quality home cooked dishes, sweet and savory delicacies of every kind and a menu upon request.

From there you start your day enjoying a generous breakfast with fresh local produce, homemade jams and fresh fruit juices. When the weather permits it, the breakfast is served on the terrace.

In the central square, the “Platanos” café is the place where it is imperative to get to drink a nice coffee or enjoy a relaxed cocktail, which is prepared in the bar, along with good music and a breathtaking view.

From Athens: (220 km, approx.2.30 hours) National road Athens – Corinth – Tripoli. After the “Artemision” Tunnel, exit towards Vitina – Olympia – Menalon Ski center. After the village Vytina follow the direction for Olympia and Lagadia. From Patras: (180 km, approx. 2 hours) National Road N111, Patras-Pyrgos-Tripoli and in continuation follow the direction for Lagadia From Olympia: (65 km, approx. 1 hour) Follow the direction for Vitina-Tripoli and continue for Lagadia. The Guest House is located near the main square of the village and there are signs to lead you.

Ride horses by the sea, lakes or in the countryside along with qualified guides. The horse riding centers are located at the guest houses or at a maximum distance of 10 km
Walk around and explore marked trails, accompanied by the owners, qualified guides or on your own, starting from your place of stay or within 10 km.
Explore the Greek countryside on your bike. Mountain bikes are available at the guesthouse or at a maximum distance of 5 km
Guesthouses located at an altitude of at least 800m, in a perfect setting for relaxation, walks and activities close to nature
Within a radius of 30 km from the guesthouse you'll find a ski center where you can enjoy winter sports and contemplate the snowy mountains
Visit the owners' stable (5 km from the guesthouse) and enjoy horseback riding.

Stroll in the Lagadia village to see the traditional stone houses, the age old cobblestone streets and the central square with its huge plane trees.

Don’t forget to visit the famous mill of Touthoa’s canyon, a beautiful witness of the local cultural heritage.

At the foot of the Church of Agia paraskevi, discover the sources of the Lousios River.

If the weather is good, from Panagia’s chapel you can enjoy the sunset on the Ionian Sea.

Lagadia is the ideal spot for visiting the beautiful villages of the region: Dimitsana with its outdoor Water Power Museum, Vytina, Stemnitsa and Karytaina.

Do not forget to visit the Baptist Monastery (Moni Prodromou), built in a hollow rock in the gorge of Lucios, near the Dimitsana village. In the same area there are suggestions for a variety of activities that you can follow: rafting all year long at the Lucios river, mountain biking and trekking.

There are many activities you can do having as a starting point the guest houses.
Takis organizes two easy walks and he accompanies his guests.
Dora teaches classes of traditional Greek cuisine at the Aroma Café.

Of course, you should not forget to visit the archaeological site of Olympia which is 65 kilometers away (1 hour drive).
