Description

In the island of Astypalea, at the village Livadi, in a distance of 8 km from the port, you will find the charming traditional studios “Architektoniki”. They are ideally situated in a wonderful natural environment 400 m from Agios Vasilios beach. There the owners will welcome you warmly.

Built on the hillside with respect to the local architecture and tradition, the complex has nine studios which are built on different levels, with beautiful balconies that offer panoramic sea view and are located opposite the picturesque Chora.
 
At the last level, a swimming pool, with sun beds and umbrellas, as well as a yard are at your disposal. The reception area and the breakfast room are located at the same area.
 
The rich traditional breakfast is served in the breakfast room, in the yard, in the swimming pool or in your studio.

Venizelos Airport, 50 min. flight Flights from Rhodes, Kos, Kalymnos and Leros, 25 min. flight By sea: From the port of Piraeus, 11 hours by ferry boat From Kalymnos, 1.15' by boat From the airport or the port, take the direction towards Chora, then towards Livadi. The accommodation is situated after the beach of Livadi and it is indicated. Free transfers from/to the port or airport, which are arranged upon request.
