Twelve kilometres from the town of Corfu, the charming houses of Zoe and Val offer a pleasant stay in any time of year you might visit them. Comfortable and well equipped, they are built at a distance from one another, retaining their autonomy, in an enchanting garden with thousands of beautiful aromas, fruit trees and old olive trees. Here you can spend your dream vacation on your own, with your friends or your family...

This old Venetian olive grove has been renovated and revamped with the greatest possible respect to the local architecture.

The main building houses the reception and a large activity room with three arches and it can accommodate various workshops and activities such as such as yoga, t’ai chi, ensoma, musical concerts and children’s play groups.  Visiting qualified practitioners offer aromatherapy, reflexology, Ιndian Head Massage and beauty treatments.

The seven guest houses are harmoniously located in a very tidy property of 10 acres, offering absolute tranquillity, while the flowers like the hibiscus, the jasmine, the roses, the begonia, the palms, are just some of the plants that you see just by opening your window.

A swimming pool, exclusively for guests, with beautiful surroundings and safe access for children, is hidden at the centre of the estate.

In each house, Val provides all the necessary products to prepare your first breakfast (fruit, yogurt, homemade jam, bread, milk, sugar, coffee, tea) and a brochure with a lot of useful information about the area and the most interesting activities.

A private parking lot, not immediately visible, is available to guests.

Access Information

By air from Athens: Many daily flights from Athens Airport (flight time 50 minutes) International Flights: There are low cost flights from many European cities all year round and charter flights from April to October. By boat from Igoumenitsa or Italy : From the port of Igoumenitsa, there are several boats every day throughout the year. From Italy (Venice, Ancona, Brindisi, Bari) there are many trips a week throughout the year. From the port or airport of Corfu, head to the northern part of the island to Paleokastritsa (12 km), then follow the signs to the Sgombou village (on your left). The Casa Lucia guest houses are located 150 meters from the main road and there are signs to find them easily.

In the area

The location of the houses at the heart of Corfu is ideal for discovering the beauties of the island.

There are many hiking trails that you can take by yourself or with a guide. Detailed information is at your disposal in each house (what to see, what to do, where to eat etc)

The nearest beach is the beach of Dassia, just 4 km away. If you want to go horse-riding, the horse-riding center is 4 km away, while the mountain bikes can be rented at Casa Lucia.

Take advantage of the location of the houses and visit the town of Corfu, which is just twelve kilometers away from Casa Lucia, and wander the narrow streets of the old town which is so picturesque with its amazing Venetian elements.

Inland, visit the traditional villages at the north of the island: Nymphs, Carusades, Kavalouri, Livadi and Magoulades still stand untouched by the mass tourism of the island.

Paleokastritsa is just 12 km away and is a fantastic destination for swimming at the heart of a magnificent bay. The natural landscape is one of the finest in Greece and the region continues to be a must-have despite the summer crowds...
