Klymeni studios and apartments are located in a distance of 1.5 km from Nafplion and the beautiful beach Karathona, in the heart of a dense olive grove across from the Gulf of Argolis. The wonderful scenery and the warm hospitable atmosphere make it an ideal choice for quality holidays.

The five traditional buildings, built with traditional stone and respect to the local architecture, are located on 3 acres land full of olive trees and fruit trees.
 
In the large garden with trees, you will find a barbeque area, a playground for the children and an outdoor Jacuzzi for relaxation.
 
In the lodging, the small Byzantine church is open for the guests.
 
In your room’s refrigerator you will find all the essentials for the preparation of a complete breakfast which are daily renewed.

From Athens: (150 km - 2h00) National road Athens-Korinthos, then Korinthos-Tripoli. Exit towards Nemea-Nafplion or towards Argos-Nafplion. Follow indication towards Palamidi and Karathonas. The studios & apartments Klymeni are located 1.5 km from the beach of Karathonas and there is a sign to lead you.

Leave your car at the port’s parking and walk around the centre of the town which is full of interesting sights.

In the middle of the coast there is no way to miss the imposing medieval castle located on the small island called “Bourgi”.

The central square "Syntagma Square", is full of cafes, whereby you can enjoy your coffee in open air seating areas, in case the weather is sunny.  Nearby you will also find the Archeological Museum, the Parliament and the historical building which was the seat of the first Greek government.

There are also many churches each one carrying its own great history.
Do not miss to visit the Folklore Art Museum and the Chaplet Museum. They are both worth visiting.

Akronaflia’s Castle is the meeting point for romantics and photographers. Walk through the amazing pedestrian zone which surrounds the castle. The Venetian style “Palamidi” castle (216 meters) dominates above Nafplio city. From there the view at the Argolida’s coast is amazing.

Start a nice walking tour passing from a flat pathway by the sea to end up at the wonderful sandy beach of Karathona. There is also a street taking you there by car.
