In the area of Sitia, 2 km from Palekastro village, traditional houses Esperides are located in the heart of a lush olive grove in the peaceful scenery of Kouremenos Gulf, 500 meters from the beach. Enjoy a warm welcome and a family atmosphere.

The stone houses of traditional Cretan architecture, dominate over the coast in complete harmony with the tranquil natural environment.
 
The maisonettes and studios are independent, with sea view. They are comfortable, spacious and bright and feature all modern amenities.
 
A blooming, fragrant garden embraces the building and there is a large swimming pool in the middle with sunbeds and umbrellas.
 
The traditional breakfast is served, upon request, on your terrace. Slide and swings are available for the young guests.

Driving from Heraklion (174 km, 3:30 approx.) Take the Heraklion-Agios Nikolaos National Road towards Agios Nikolaos and then Sitia. Follow the signs towards Palaikastro and Vai. Arriving at Palaikastro follow the green signs indicating “Esperides Stone Houses” and “Kouremenos” (2.5 km), always towards the direction of Vai.
