Description

Just half an hour away from Ioannina in Zagori area, the Kipi Suites is an exclusive boutique hotel nestled at an altitude of 800m in the magical world of mountains, valleys, rivers and ancient pathways and bridges. All suites and terraces offer panoramic views of the village, Mitsikeli Mountain, Baya River and Milos stone bridge.

The hotel has been developed from two traditional village houses dating from 1850 with a further three buildings added to blend perfectly with the original property. All materials used for the construction, renovation and maintenance of the Kipi Suites are environmentally friendly and special care has been given to energy and water conservation throughout the hotel.

The Kipi Suites offers 8 different room/suite categories named after the surrounding villages of Central Zagori. All rooms/suites have separate entrance, spacious living rooms, unobstructed views and one or two open fireplaces, while most enjoy a private terrace or balcony.  The furniture is custom made and, along with designer fixtures and fittings provide a contemporary, minimalist result. Most suites feature a whirlpool bath.

The main lounge of Kipi Suites offers an exquisite breakfast with a selection of home-made marmalades, yoghurt, desserts, local pies, snacks and light dinner options. End your day at our lounge-bar of the first floor, enjoying an aperitif in front of the fireplace.
