Description

In a distance of 45 km from Chania, the traditional houses Malathiros, in complete harmony with the environment, benefit from a green natural environment where absolute tranquility dominates. They are located in the homonymous traditional village. The owners will welcome you warmly with pleasant Cretan hospitality.

Four houses are available for rental, three of them have private swimming pool and are surrounded by a lush garden full of trees, fragrant flowers and Cretan scented plants. The organic vegetable garden is full of seasonal vegetables which are at the disposal of the guests.
 
The owners, as farmers and olive oil producers have a small farm in a distance of 1 km from the residences, where you can see sheep, goats and chickens as well as to try some of the traditional products of the farm.

Access Information

From Heraklion: (185 km, 2h30 approx.) Direction towards Rethymnon and Chania. After the city of Chania (do not enter in the city center) take the direction towards Platania and then to Kissamos and Kolimbari. From Chania: (45 km, 45 minutes approx.) From National Road follow direction towards Kissamos and then towards Kolimbari. At the exit of Kolimbari you leave the national road and follow the villages Spilia, Drakona, Episkopi, Astrikas, Deliana, Trialonia and finally Malathiros. Arriving at the village of Malathiros, there are signs to lead you to the houses.
