Description

On the south part of the island, 12 km from the port of Parikia, the traditional houses «Maria's Village» are a paradise of tranquility for tired city dwellers who seek comfort and relaxation. Located in the picturesque fishing village of Aliki, away from the bustle of the island, they offer a wonderful holiday, just 50 meters from the sea.

This small complex consists of seven detached houses and is designed as a Cycladic village with flowering gardens and cobblestone paths. It is situated at a privileged position just 50 meters from the beach of the village Piso Aliki, with its crystal clear waters.

The houses are spacious and comfortable. Decorated and furnished with taste, they make the visitor feel at home. All have lovely sea views.

The family Skandali will welcome you warmly and will give you all the useful information on tours around the island as well as many useful "tips". The owners take care of the comfort of their guests, but their presence is always discreet.

Depending on the season, they will offer fresh produce from the farm (without pesticides) such as fresh vegetables, fruit, eggs, olive oil and dairy products of their own production.

We had a very nice stay in Maria's village. Maria is very welcoming and helpfull. The location is very nice in a small village on the coast with all facilities available but away from the busy parika. The house is very nice and perfect for a family. We had a nice stay.

We were at Maria's village at the beginning of August. We'd like to thank you for everything. We came back in France last week (the weather is not sunny here...) and we still have a taste of Greece : we prepared last evening a greek salad with the capers and the olive oil you gave us ! Thanks again, they're really a great place to be.
