Description

Take a deep breath and fill in your lungs with fresh air from Tzoumerka at a unique natural ambiance. Live a truly particular experience in these traditional guest house built according to the ancient Greek feng shui principles.

The hospitable owners, Vassiliki and Nikos, will tell you all about this archetypical traditional house with every single detail and will fill you in with all area secrets.

In an ever-green farm land of 8.5 square kilometers, these four houses are built in the manner of the shepherds shelters in ancient times, exclusively using the natural resources of the area. 

The interior of the round house is very warm and, to much surprise, is very spacious. The traditional heater at the very center blends in harmoniously and the very fact that you are there fills you with pleasure!

Big wooden tables and stools can be found close to the houses just for you to have breakfast or relax under the shade of trees.

The lush breakfast prepared by Vassiliki comes to your house every morning. There is much to choose from a wide variety of fresh local products – breads, cakes, jams are all homemade.

Nous avons été, une fois de plus, enchantés par nos vacances en Grèce et par l'accueil que nous avons reçu au gîte Theasis de Ktistadès en Epire (propriétaires charmants, hébergement original et de qualité, cadre inoubliable et ambiance authentique dans les villages alentour avec une population très accueillante). Bref, une seule envie : y retourner très vite ! Félicitations pour vos sélections très pertinentes.

Access Information

By road from Athens: National road Athens-Corinthos-Patras-Rio Bridge-Agrinio-Amfilochia-Arta (400 kms, 5 hours approx) From Arta : From the “old bridge” of Arta, turn to the right and follow the signs to Agnanta and Pramanta and finally to Agnanta and Ktistades. By road from Igoumenitsa: Egnatia Odos highway Igoumenitsa-Ioannina, 100 kms (1 hour). From Ioannina : Follow the direction to Athens. At the exit of Ioannina, at the last traffic lights, follow the signs of Agnanta and of Pramanta and then of Ktistades. (65 km, 1 hour and 15΄ approx.). The “Theasis” houses are located at the entrance of the village of Ktistades, 300 meters from the main street. There are signs to lead you. By air from Athens: Daily flights from El. Venizelos airport to Ioannina or Preveza (Aktion airport), 45 minutes flight.
