The building consists of one independent residence with private entrance and garden, two apartments and one studio renovated with respect to local architecture in a garden full of flowers which is ideal for moments of relaxation and rest.

The apartments are hospitable, well equipped and comfortable with elegant decoration and tasteful furniture.

Access Information

By car from Athens (200 km, approx. 2h30): National Road Athens-Lamia-Thessaloniki, exit at Orchomenos and then continue for Livadia, Arachova, Delphi, Itea and finally Galaxidi. By car from Patras (90 km, approx. 1h30): Cross the Rio-Antirio bridge and continue for Nafpaktos, Galaxidi and Itea. By car from Thessaloniki (350 km, approx. 4h00): National Road Thessaloniki-Katerini-Lamia-Athens. After Lamia and Thermopylae, follow the signs for Amfissa-Delphi-Antirio. After Itea, continue to Galaxidi. Arriving at Galaxidi, follow the main road with direction towards the sea. “To Spitaki” is located at 150 meters from the sea, on your left and it is indicated.
